Whirlpool Corporation focuses on the development of its sales employees throughout their professional journey. Many start their career by participating in the Real Whirled Intern program, which is targeted at college juniors and incoming seniors. Formal career paths start with the Real Whirled, a ten-week program where new college graduates live together with their class and get hands-on training with Whirlpool Corporation appliances. As they graduate from the Real Whirled and progress through their career, they are supported with a variety of training opportunities including webinars, e-learning and conferences.
