Roxanne Warner was appointed chief financial officer of Whirlpool Corporation, effective January 1, 2026. Prior to this role, Warner served as executive vice president, Finance and controller with direct accountability for accounting and controls, financial planning, tax, treasury, investor relations, and shared oversight of business unit finance teams.
Warner was named vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer in early 2024. In 2021, she was the chief financial officer of Whirlpool Corporation’s European region where she led both finance and integrated supply chain operations. While in Europe, she was centrally involved in key strategic initiatives, including major divestitures and the formation of Beko Europe.
Joining Whirlpool in 2008, Warner steadily advanced through roles in cost management, commercial strategy, and corporate finance. She was named finance head of Whirlpool Corporation’s North American Region Laundry business unit in 2014, led the finance function of Whirlpool Corporation’s North American Region Sales organization in 2017, and transitioned to head of investor relations in 2019.
Warner holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting and Operations Management from Loyola University Chicago.
