Roxanne Warner
Executive Vice President, Finance
In 2025, Roxanne Warner was named Executive Vice President, Finance, which encompasses her previous leadership role as corporate controller and now includes accountability for investor relations, audit and shared accountability for the NAR, LAR, Asia and KitchenAid business unit finance teams. Previously, Warner gained three years of international experience as chief financial officer of Whirlpool Corporation’s European region. While in Europe, Warner was also responsible for the region’s supply chain operations and deeply involved with the company’s strategic divestitures and formation of Beko Europe.
Joining Whirlpool Corporation in 2008, she held various leadership roles in cost, commercial, and corporate strategy until she was appointed finance head of Whirlpool Corporation’s North American Region Laundry business unit in 2014. In 2017, she led the finance function of Whirlpool Corporation’s North American Region Sales organization until she transitioned into the role of head of investor relations in 2019.
Warner graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Operations Management, and earned a Masters in Business Administration in Finance, Strategy, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
