Last week, Whirlpool Corporation, Whirlpool Brand, Maytag and WLabs of Whirlpool Corporation were awarded Chicago Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Skyline Awards and Awards of Excellence.
- Whirlpool Corporation took home two PRSA Skyline Awards in the categories of B2B events (less than 7 days) for PCBC 2016; and B2B Integrated Campaigns
- Whirlpool Brand took home two PRSA Skyline Awards for the Whirlpool Care Counts program, in the categories of Public Service (Business) and Reputation/Brand Management (Business)
- Maytag took home a PRSA Skyline Award for the Maytag No Smear program, in the Marketing Consumer Products (Other) category
- ZeraTM by WLabs of Whirlpool Corporation took home an Award of Excellence in the Marketing Consumer Products: Non-Packaged Goods category.
The Skyline Awards are presented annually, and recognize projects and programs demonstrating excellence in the communications profession. The awards program is mirrored after the PRSA National Silver and Bronze Anvil Programs, and focuses on programs executed by communications professionals in the greater Chicagoland area.
The awards are an incredible honor for Whirlpool Corporation, and recognize the impact and performance of media and communications programming that was implemented for each of these programs.
