On 24 October 2016, Whirlpool Finance Luxembourg S.à r.l. (the “Company”) approved the issuance of up to EUR 500,000,000 New York law-governed senior notes due 2026 (the “Notes”) to be listed on the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange that have been registered in the United States under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
The Board of the Irish Stock Exchange approved the admission of the Notes to listing on the Official List and trading on the Global Exchange Market of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 1.250% Senior Notes due 2026.
