Board of Directors
Whirlpool Corporation is governed by a board of directors comprised of 12 members, 10 of whom are independent. The board’s principles and processes guide the board, which includes internal annual reviews of board practices.
The Executive Committee
This 9-member senior management group is comprised of the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO), Jeff Fettig, and leadership from all of the company’s major functions and regions. It exists to manage the operations of the company in accordance with the company’s high ethical and professional standards, while providing the operational oversight to enable the company to meet our business objectives.
